My name is Judith C. Fraser. I look forward to meeting you personally and working toward a satisfactory resolution of your legal issues.
I graduated in 1976 from South Texas College of Law with my juris doctorate degree, and relocated to the mountains of Western North Carolina in 1984, at which time I established my general law practice in Waynesville. Over time, I realized that my need to assist others was drawing me toward helping people with disability claims, and I began to focus my practice on worker's compensation disability and Social Security disability.
My office was previously located in Waynesville, most recently at 89 Walnut Street. However, I felt I would best serve my clients by relocating my office to a more central location in Asheville.
